The work 'we'-"I" have put in, the results of the work show what we have exactly been doing, as of right now at this minute.

So when plan A doesn't work then there is a plan B.
When plan C doesn't work, there is a plan D.
all the way to Z.

No excuses for anyone, not excluding me, I'm in this as well.

WE ALL FALL SHORT...THAT'S PERFECT...STILL ROOM TO GROW AND PRO-GRESS FORWARD.

11)ONCE YOU REACH HOME...TAKE A NICE CLEANSING BATH/SHOWER-MEDITATE/PRAY...DO A NICE 1 HOUR WORKOUT(DEFINITELY NOT A P90X!!!)/WALK ENJOY AND BREATH IN DEEPLY 

12)PREPARE A NICE DINNER WHERE IT HAS A BOWL OF FRUIT/ VEGETABLE SOUP WITH NAVY BEANS/ ORGANIC CURED MEAT THAT THE JEWS EAT/ (AND SIT AT THE TABLE WITH EVERYONE IN YOUR FAMILY) IF YOU CURRENTLY DO NOT DO THAT, INVITE EACH MEMBER TO HAVE SOME OF YOUR HEALTHY FOOD.

13)READ A NICE BOOK THAT IS ABOUT SUCCESS OR SOMETHING YOU LOVE TO DO UNTIL YOU FALL ASLEEP PEACEFULLY.

HEALTH JOURNEY...

Hello Everyone!!!
                                   Here is a story of a young boy that wanted to help get the whole world into shape because He felt that everyone was uniquely different but we all have something in common..."A LIFE"
So he decided to go on 'RAMPAGE OF HEALTH'...going on a full throttle ' HEALTH-MASSACRE' ...waking up with a 'VENGEANCE' on his mind wanting to get RID OF ONE THING....'FOODS THAT KILL'...

Vaughn 25,000 B.C.


                                  So how did he do it???...SIMPLE..he became a Personal Trainer...smile!
As he trained and trained and trained he found out there was more missing to the puzzle of reaching the PINNACLE OF HEALTH....So he started to MEDITATE daily on keeping himself centered from falling into the desirable foods that were in the world...he was a practitioner of QI GONG: the art of breathing to breath in the fresh air every morning daily so his body can stay oxygenated...He trained in martial arts training his mind to overcome obstacles that came at him every fraction of the day, he was very aware of that a physical fight was too easy but dealing with things that had nothing to do with hitting was the more challenging that he was up for to assure that he was ready to reach the PINNACLE OF HEALTH...and he continuously stretched day and night and throughout the day to keep his bones and joints loose for when or if or when it was time to TRAIN AND LIFT SOME HEAVY STEEL.....he no longer ate any meat for he was too disgusted with the fact that he was eating something that once had eyes...He was dissatisfied and willing...As he walks through his continuous journey of reaching the highest part of the ladder...he also wants to let you know something as well....I'M NOT GOING TO LOSE!!!

Healthy Relationships...

"Voting is Nice..."

Lets look at the bigger picture here.  What happen to Healthy Relationships?  Has 'dependency-on-technology' created  an unnatural or illusional relationship amongst the human race?  Has 'it' given a new meaning to the word community?  

"HAS 'IT' BECOME DANGEROUS?"

                          Dear reader, I had a deep conversation with a friend of mines not too long ago from writing this blog.  It seems to be that, we humans do not even find time to communicate with each other like we used to which is essential to every individual existing on this planet.  We do not even 'use' time to have 'Friday-family/ Saturday-family/ Sunday-family' gatherings for dinner anymore.  When I say family, I do also mean friends as well.  I use the word 'use' as oppose to 'finding' time because we all have the same 24 hours in a day.  Without family time can leave an individual open to anything such as a 'wandering-mind'...'successful-mind'...'independent-mind'...'creative-mind'...'lonely-mind'...'depressive-mind'...'killer-mind'...'sneaky-mind'...and so the list goes on.  It has its pros and cons.  
                       We are going to look at the benefits of having Healthy Relationships and from there 'we' can point out the opposite of not having Healthy Relationships.  First lets go to the immediate family such as mothers', fathers', sisters', brothers', cousins' aunts' and uncles', oh yes lets not forget about the grandparents and so the list goes on.  What is more likely to happen in an environment that has everyone present?  'Love' is more likely to happen in an environment like that.  Games and Families laughing, wrestling constant endorphins blowing out of proportions!.hehehe(im really smiling now).  From the old to the new ones in the family, story telling and guess what??? "HAPPY PEOPLE SURROUNDING HEALTHY FOOD MADE BY HAPPY PEOPLE"  As we all know, counseling from one to another can take place and if one family/friend doesn't know, the next family member always knows.  The best of all 'AUTHENTIC HUGS'.  Yes 'reader' in my opinion it does not matter who is in office on any given level.  What matters most is family/ friends having healthy relationships built off of 'pure substance'.  In that energy which doesn't even matter what religion you follow, GOD is present.  A strong family is a force that is very hard to penetrate and break down.  Whence leaving an environment as such, you are more likely to feel like you are on top of the world in every which way because you have something to look forward to.  


(p.s. do not be surprised if I show up at your house often!..lol)

Purpose of Training...

Purpose of Training is for survival for anyone and everyone...

1) eat right

2) Think right

3) Meditate for Peace=Prayer

4) stretch to keep the limbs nice and loose and ready for action

5) resistance training to increase strength for any given moment

6) boxing/kickboxing/self defense ...who knows what the next person has on their mind

7) lets always remained prepared


Although it may sound as if im turning it into a bootcamp...but when going under certain conditions of physical training, you will still get results in not just a better looking body but also a healthy strong body followed by a strong mind.  It is not a bootcamp, its still training but going into it with a thought of keeping yourself and others self in a time of 'need'. As well as being healthy. Keeping a sharp awareness of your surroundings.  Eating right so that when things become scarce, you would have learned to control your hunger pains.  Meditating for peace followed by a prayer is important..the energy we send out is what we get back in return.  JUST IMAGINE IF THE WHOLE WORLD PRAYED AT THE SAME TIME.  We are all beings that exist on the same planet that need to learn how to share instead of fighting and engaging in wars.


Lets start making a difference starting with ourselves and lets no loner point the finger at the next person.

Lets train to continuously make our bodies stronger.

Lets train to teach our bodies to endure through weakness.

Lets train to learn learn how to control our emotions and use our analytical minds

Lets train to protect whats ours and the human race

Lets train to control our desires

Lets train to overcome all difficulties

Lets train so we all can motivate each other to become stronger and unify ourselves as a people so we can help each other through the times when we need each others assistance.

ARE YOU REALLY FIT?...

"Ok so lets forget the scams, the commercials, the magic pill, the diets, the gyms, and the mirror and lets focus on whats real...

point blank are you FIT for a time like this. Food becomes scarce and you have developed a way of eating all throughout the day or eating meals that are totally NOT healthy at all throughout your life?...and now it calls for survival. you go hungry and now your killer/survival instinct comes into play so your willing to do anything to stay alive? or you die because you havn't learned to control your hunger/ desires...

or for the parents/guardians that have children in daycares/ schools etc...mta shuts down, or a war happens ...do you have enough strength/ basically are you FIT to run your behind to get your children? 5 plus miles and then carry them to safety...think about that for the ones who walk fast for 2 blocks and run out of breath..yes your adrenaline and 'will-power' will get you there but you just may die due to the fact your body wasn't able to handle all that stress.

the people for the magic pill...are you gonna find a magic pill to help you run your behind out of harms way? I REALLY HOPE THAT YOU DONT...

the diets..come on people..eat HEALTHY..EAT THE RIGHT FOODS...COME ON...did any restaurant such as mcdonalds, chinese food, burger king, pop eyes, whole food stores, trader joes, bodagas..DID ANY OF THEM GIVE YOU FOOD FOR FREE FOR THIS TIME AROUND..no!!! "cuz its all about the profit homie!!!"

and yes...what if...WHAT IF..this was or is the BIG ONE..that knocks down jail cells or literally detroys everything...yes there are killers/ molesters/ robbers/ crazy people on the loose/....CAN YOU FIGHT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!  DONT SAY OH I'LL PICK SOMETHING UP AND HIT THEM WITH IT...
"really, have you hit anyone before???"

FOCUS ON YOUR LIFE..FOCUS ON ENJOYING IT THE RIGHTEOUS WAY....

by keeping your behind alive and those around you...


the reason we exercise is to exercise our survival instinct...we say we want to lose weight but its our bodies saying yes get this burden off of me...

we want to burn fat because its our bodies saying "get this toxin waste off of me"

we want to eat right because our bodies say "give me what i need so i can have energy to stay alive"

we want to lift heavy things because our bodies say.."so i can get stronger just in case i have to carry my love one to safety"

GET UP AND STOP WASTING TIME AND LETS DO THIS!!!

if you are home and reading this during a storm or not during a storm..that means you are on the computer sitting down...

get up for 30 minutes and go get your something good..meditate-stretch/eat good food-workout-prep to survive..change your attitude and remove your ego.

PLEASE PEOPLE...FOCUS ON WHATS REAL!!!

FASTING...

What about it?...

When was the last time you went on one?

Fasting...fasting away from what? (computer/food/spending money/basically something you are addicted to)

"Oh yes that's right...the Holidays are coming up!!!"

NOW THIS IS THE SEASON TO BE JOLLY!!!..."YEAH RIGHT" ITS THE SEASON SOCIETY SPENDS MONEY ON THINGS NOT IMPORTANT AND USING IT AS AN EXCUSE TO EAT FOODS THAT WILL GET YOU FAT.

A book I'm reading called..."Change your brain change your body"...I'm quoting from it...
"dont let other's make you fat"

You can visit friend's/family but be wise.  Say "no Thankyou, I'm on a mission to reaching my goal."

So yes Fast away from the HOLIDAY-FATTENING-SEASON...

It's clockwork...once its all done...those are the ones that have a new resolution, it never fails. You can be the worse trainer ever known and if you're are the right place at the right time, that trainers calendar will be booked by January 7th..People 'hoping' and 'rushing' to see results.

So what do you do? Answer: You plan ahead mentally...you start prepping yourself to stay away from fattening foods NOW.  Because once that favorite family of yours brings over that pumpkin/apple pie...or that food laid out on the table for that event. Another answer...RUN!!!

Now so you find yourself in a situation...ok so make the plate SMALL...DUH!...(turn it into small meals)

Since the 'whoever' is in charge of the food and now they have to mass produce even more food knowing people are going to be getting ready to overkill the registers..this is the best time to put hormones in the animals/ inorganic fruits/vegetables and FEED it to you....as in the book called "change your brain change your body"...quoting from it..."EATING THE WRONG FOOD WILL MAKE YOU STUPID/DUMB & FAT."

So lets be wise and make this a successful winter holiday season of happiness knowing you're on the right track.


(p.s. if you fast PROPERLY...you will burn a tremendous amount of fat cells)

Reality of a flat stomach...

Only a few people that understand the body will share this with you.  
If you have been eating a certain way for some 'odd' years and it's difficult for you to change your diet is because your body is adapted to eating those certain types of foods.  When wanting to change over to eating healthy on a regular basis, your taste buds are like..."WHAT in the H3LL are you laying on my TASTE BUDS?!"

Well most people say I want to get my stomach down. When your stomach is actually the size of your fist or maybe just a bit larger. Actually it is your intestinal tract.  Underneath is a picture of a clean and healthy digestion tract.


'Please take a closer look at the anatomy of the body. Look at how much space the intestinal tract takes up and where it is located.  So yes if your 'midsection' of the body is out more than normal, that could be that the walls of your intestinal tract is filled with layers and layers and layers of fecal matter and it has been stretched.  So it becomes a 'Human camel hump.'  

Take a look at the picture below.
Do you see the difference?
If you have felt any pains, aches, difficulty in bowel movement, etc.  This is where you are headed.

What are you doing with your time?

I come across a lot of individuals mentioning that 'their' workout partners become inconsistent, lazy, non-driven & all of the above.  So what is the best way to go about it?  If you ask me, I'm going to say..."teach it to the youth."

The youth will not lie at all.  They are more truthful than anyone else on the planet.  So they follow by what they constantly see and hear and what they are taught by other people who are willing to invest in them.  Being Healthy and into Fitness should not only be just for the person doing it but being an example by leading those that need it most which is the youth.  They ARE the future.  Health is everything when it comes to them because thats what youth is all about.  Having a child do their homework, allowing them to go to the park and the parents/ guardian just sits down is a sign of aging.  "Yes...Get in! & Get involved!"
"One thing I remember was when I was 7 and my mother raced me down the block...yo that was friggin amazing...another time was when my grandmother took my bike away from me and rode it fast across the school playground and I had to catch her...hahaha..my dad, I remember when I had to chase him in the park as well and he was the first one that taught me mixed martial arts...he used to hold me and squeeze me for a half an hour until he was tired..hahah..I could never squeeze out..hahaha."

Those memories keep me alive and going with full of awesome energy.

In my Martial arts class as we say...
"Each one...Teach one!"

"Invest in the YOUTH for they need us..if you're always TIRED..get up and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT"

The wrong way...

Sharing an experience...I signed up to run a 5k Saturday, September 8th 2012 @ Central park.  Everyone that signed up showed up as well but there was a problem.  The people that host the race, only one of the members showed up and He was from Texas so already He was not familiar with Central Park. He asked us if we ever ran Central Park and just so happen, none of us did.  (it was a charity race)  So therefore everyone who had their phones googled Central Park to see where we needed to run. We started at 77th street and was suppose to stay in between 59th and 86th st.  We just all ended up laughing trying to figure out who was going to follow who.  In my case I had to beat my time from my last 5k race 3 weeks prior.  So I'm like, I'll just hope to go the right way being that a member said she was going to follow me, "LOL."
As we lined up..."On your mark, get set, go"...one guy took off as if a pitbull was chasing him, LOL. I ended up pacing myself knowing I was going to bring it home full speed towards the end.  I ended up leading everyone and leaving everyone behind.  So I came to a fork in the road and didn't know which way to go.  I chose a route knowing i was going the right way.  So I'm in the zone now.  15 minutes after the fork in the road I see a sign saying, 'next right is 110th street'...WHAT!!! I WENT THE WRONG FRIGGIN WAY!!..so I heard my coaches voice in my head..."GET UP!"...so I turned it up a notch and oh yes the runners high definitely kicked in, not worrying about time, not worrying about anything else in life except for my body being pushed to the LIMIT.  As I'm pulling into the finish line, the guy goes 50 minutes. I go Thankyou Sir and also tell your people thankyou for not showing up because I got a chance to run around the whole park and I learned that I am now Healthier, Faster and feeling GOOD!!! 1 year ago it took me 50 minutes to get around prospect park. This year it took me 26 minutes. Now that I know I can finish a Huge park in 50 minutes without properly prepping for it says that I am on the right path towards Optimum Health.

Do you like to waste TIME?

Do you love to WASTE time?  If you do perfect, make it simple and find the person that loves to text all day-throughout the day-which happens to be the same person you walk by and decide to say hello and they don't or can't even say hello right back to you.
 The society we live in is just like 'highway' the sperm has to travel to reach the egg which is the goal.  WE were that sperm out of millions to billions that was released but yet, 'WE' made it. We did not waste a single inch of time because another sperm would have gotten to that egg and we would have been destroyed.

"Can you see where I'm taking this?"

So when you get up in the morning...

"What exactly is on your mind?"

"IM SERIOUS"

"What exactly is on your mind?"

My response is, If you wake up looking to achieve life at its greatest heights, improve your talents, improve your HEALTH so that you can be 'ABLE' to do the things you need to being that your BODY is the vehicle needed to get to where you have to go...

"COOL POINTS TO YOU MY FRIEND AND GO AND GET YOURS!!!"

sadly the sperm that never made it just died because it wasted time, it hesitated, it didn't have enough energy as you did, it was not equipped for the TASK at hand. "SWIM!"

Which Car are you driving?

Which car are you leaving your house with?
A: Rolls Royce

or

B: Hooptie

"It doesn't matter because either one will get you from point A to point B, right?"

Driving a car of your desire is just like the body you 'choose' to walk around in.  If you decide to drive a Rolls Royce, you will get a car that is filled with everything you need from the inside to the outside, from top to bottom, from side to side.  It is a car you will make sure you have a garage and a cover to put on top when not in use.  The quality of the car will have you believing you are sitting on clouds.  "Am I right?"

As with having a Hooptie...yeah right 'WE' will park that $h!t anywhere, put any type of gas inside, leave it on the street anywhere and drive it like we stole it. 'hahahaha'

So you see the difference. So my question goes,..."How, What & Why did you wake up the way you did this morning?" I believe it has a great effect on your well being. Did you prep yourself to go to bed peacefully as with having a well balanced dinner, some meditation, prayer, a nice hygiene cleaning, reading a book or listening to a c.d., etc.? So that when you wake up you'll have a peace of mind.  Or did you go to bed any ol' way because you were tired or you fell asleep and didn't even know until you woke up the next morning?

Understanding Health

Understanding Health and Fitness from a different perspective. 
Picture yourself living in a house like I am about to describe.
  • Absolutely no microwave
  • Absolutely no processed foods of any kind
  • Absolutely no toaster
  • Absolutely no water dam, which means no water system which means no water faucet
(im happy I'm not living in the stone-age)
"Then again I kind of wish i was"
Without those things ofcourse in the total opposite we would have...
  • a stove
  • a refrigerator
  • a water-wale in the yard
  • a farm/ garden
What in the H3ll does this have to do with health and fitness Vaughn?!?!?!

OK! OK! I will explain.
'WE' yes You and I have become lazy.  Modern day living is suitable for every lifestyle there is known to man.  Want proof? Look around and there is your answer.  We have become dependent on modern day technology for letting it do things for us. I will Say #1:Watching your favorite T.V. 'PROGRAMMING' show, waiting for a commercial, running to put the easiest meal in the microwave and running back to sit down..once the beep goes off.."food is done"..we wait for another commercial and run back to get the meal and sit right back down. "Oh how convenient that is, now that is luxury isn't it?" Need I say more?
#2: Getting water form the faucet...NOT KNOWING or having a damn idea of where the water is coming from and what is IN the water before it hits the 'METAL pipes' and then into your mouth.
#3: Going to the supermarket to get food...Do we exactly know where its being grown, what the animals were fed, or 'who' is in control of the farm? NO!!!!

You see so we have been made to become sedentary and dependent on the 'next' person for doing things for 'US'. 

"Now I do not know about you, but I sure don't want the next person lifting weights for me, and competing for me and taking my glory away when I as well as YOU can do it yourself which does require MORE energy. MORE energy means better FOOD! POINT MADE.

Better food and better water will give you the important nutrients your body needs to function.  So just think about the next time you decide to drink water or put food in the microwave. Who is in control of our own health?
