6)BE CAREFUL OF YOUR THOUGHTS FOR EACH FRACTION OF A SECOND IS VERY IMPORTANT ON WHAT IS CREATED IN YOUR MIND.

8)IF YOU HAVE A 9-5 JOB..ON YOUR BREAK..TAKE A NICE MEDITATIVE WALK ON HOW YOU WANT THE REST OF YOUR DAY TO GO.
9)IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN HOURS...TAKE AS MANY WALKS AS YOU NEED FOR RUNNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS TAKES ALOT OF MENTAL PATIENCE/CLARITY
10)WORK ON TIME MANAGEMENT
11)ONCE YOU REACH HOME...TAKE A NICE CLEANSING BATH/SHOWER-MEDITATE/PRAY...DO A NICE 1 HOUR WORKOUT(DEFINITELY NOT A P90X!!!)/WALK ENJOY AND BREATH IN DEEPLY
12)PREPARE A NICE DINNER WHERE IT HAS A BOWL OF FRUIT/ VEGETABLE SOUP WITH NAVY BEANS/ ORGANIC CURED MEAT THAT THE JEWS EAT/ (AND SIT AT THE TABLE WITH EVERYONE IN YOUR FAMILY) IF YOU CURRENTLY DO NOT DO THAT, INVITE EACH MEMBER TO HAVE SOME OF YOUR HEALTHY FOOD.
13)READ A NICE BOOK THAT IS ABOUT SUCCESS OR SOMETHING YOU LOVE TO DO UNTIL YOU FALL ASLEEP PEACEFULLY.
