ALL OF US HAVE 24 HOURS IN A DAY...

ALL OF US PASS THROUGH OUR KITCHEN TO EAT SOMETHING OR PREPARE SOMETHING TO EAT...

ALL OF US HAVE THAT MOMENT WHEN WE ARE ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITTING DOWN FOR 20 MINUTES TO 40 MINUTES TO AN HOUR...

ALL OF US HAVE THAT MOMENT OF IDLE TIME...

THAT MEANS ALL OF US HAVE THAT MOMENT WHERE WE CAN PREPARE OUR FOODS FOR THE BODY THAT WE WANT THEN...

REMOVE THE DISTRACTIONS!!!

THE BENEFIT OF EATING FROM HOME IS BECAUSE OF THE ENERGY YOU ARE PUTTING INTO YOUR FOOD AND KNOWING WHAT IS GOING INTO YOUR FOOD AND WHERE IT IS COMING FROM AND THEN MEASURING IT TO ASSURE THAT YOUR BODY WILL SUCK UP ALL OF THE NUTRIENTS NEEDED TO CHANGE YOUR BODY.

WHEN YOU OVER EAT OR DONT WEIGH YOUR FOOD, YOU WILL NOT LEARN WHAT YOUR BODY IS CAPABLE OF DOING WITH STRICT DEMANDS AND IT IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO PICK UP A NEW DISCIPLINE ALONG THE WAY.

ANYONE CAN EXERCISE AND WORKOUT BUT HOW YOU EAT WILL DETERMINE IF YOU GET RESULTS OR NOT!

On this day July 5th., 2015 I'm going on a Sugar Fast.  You should join me as well.

During the 'fast' or sugar detox you will experience -
fatigue-headaches-blurriness-weak-cravings-

count how many years you have been eating sugar, all of that is going to uproot to the surface and into your bloodstream until it is expelled out of your system.

Alternative for sugar are:

Right from the beginning of her sessions from 3 years ago, Dena immediately jumped on the Healthy lifestyle of choosing the right foods to eat and getting a consistent training program. 
Along the road of Health and Fitness she ran into obstacles such as not being able to run, skip, jump or even fit into certain clothes.

Well that goes for alot of people in the world.

Why does Dena receive the Trophy?

"Dena receives the Trophy because she has showed tremendous effort in transforming her eating and completely stay away from foods in which she isn't suppose to eat.  She has adopted eating food every 3 hours , and has dropped her meals down to once a day...THE "HOW TO EAT TO LIVE" program by Elijah Muhammad.

Dena has even accomplished Fasts as long as 25 days with only water and tea. 

(to also mention she was in a car accident years ago and has screws in her knee as well)

STRAIGHT TO THE POINT...the BEST part is, SHE IS NOW NO LONGER training with me as a client.  She has taken on the lifestyle of a HEALTHY individual and has increased discipline.

From time to time she may stop by in one of my sessions and get a workout in...
