Incorrect Posture, Bulging Disc & Herniated Disc

The many years 'WE' as individuals have experienced some time in our life stiffness in some parts of our back-tightness of muscles-weak stomach muscles.  As we know anything that happens has an effect on other areas of the body in which it does NOT just stay in on area.  Straight to the point..."is weak stomach muscles-tightness in lower back effects of a minor bulging disc or the cause of a bulging disc which can cause a disc to become herniated?"

Scary for all we know as basic knowledge that the brain must send signals through the spinal cord so that it can tell other areas of the body how it must function.  Being that the core is so weak these days, could it possibly be that we are experiencing some form of disc being suppressed or out of place? I Vaughn Parker believe so. Which is why it is very important to approach our health not just by weight lifting or eating right but by also giving out bodies time to relax and heal from the constant devastation we put our bodies through such as the daily routines we go through daily even though it seems easy but thats because our bodies have adapted to that regimen.

Which comes to my fully understanding of why the Chinese and Japanese culture in the east during their lunch break have Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes to alleviate any diseases the body may be producing during long hours of stress from work which has a great effect on the human spine which leads up to the brain.

STRESS PRODUCERS:

  • sitting all day
  • driving all day
  • standing all day
  • lifting up things all day
"And then we come to the gym to lift weights...oh hell no! which is why in my perspective 89% of the people in gyms do not get results, something is messed up chemically in their body etc. Another topic for another day"
"we get the picture"

STRESS REDUCERS:

  • YOGA!
  • TAI CHI/ QI GONG!
