ARE YOU KING?

So this thought of mines triggered me the last 6 years of being in the community I live in.  
             Let me get straight to the point...77% of American men in the last 2 decades have declined in testosterone.  Which is not shocking but it confirms the questions that I've had for some time.  The lack of muscle in the gyms/ community these days have declined as time went on.  Im Specifically speaking of 'The Warrior Class" Men.  Allow me to be even more clearer, yes there are Men who are of a Warrior mentality, yes! and there are Men who at any means necessary willing to fight, YES!...
"I'm speaking of Muscle, Natural muscle on the male population as we see more obese men today than yesterday and today even boys between ages 2-9 are incredibly large.  
              Testosterone is a key element in the Male species.  (In the animal kingdom, there are females that will allow many males to inject their sperm into her.  But the one whose Sperm wins is the one who is highest in 'Testosterone.") 
               So on a cellular level, for the past 2 decades if you look in the Black Community, you see more men with breast of all ages and excess body fat OR skinny to very slim.  This is linked to what???  YES, improper nutrition intake through the mouth...ALSO...a genetic code passed down through birth/pregnancy.  What happens now is that, the PHYSICAL BUILT...im not talking about BUILDING MUSCLE FOR SPORT AND PLAY...im speaking of the male population that has been affected by external sources and are now not reaching full male 'physical' potential.  This is a class that can be rebuilt and if you are reading this i suggest you share this with someone.

1) REMOVE SUGAR!!!!!!!!!

2) IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO EAT PROCESS FOOD, YOU SHOULD INCORPORATE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS ALONG WITH IT UNTIL YOU ARE NO LONGER EATING PROCESSED FOOD.

3) YOU MUST TAKE IN ADEQUATE PROTEIN THAT FITS YOUR BODYWEIGHT AND ACTIVITY LEVEL DAILY!

4) YOU MUST DRINK WATER ACCORDING TO YOUR BODY WEIGHT DAILY

5) YOU NEED ALL VITAMINS FROM A-Z

6) IF YOU ARE BLACK, YOU NEED TO EAT FOODS SPECIFICALLY FOR MELANIN.

7) FRUITS AND VEGETABLES IS A MUST! MAKE SURE ITS REAL FRUIT AND NOT GMO

8) TAKE LONG WALKS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE...NO BUS OR TRAIN

9) IF YOU ARE SINGLE, YOU SHOLD GO FOR MASSAGES WEEKLY

10) IF YOU ARE IN A RELATIONSHIP...YOU SHOULD MASSAGE EACH OTHER DAILY AND...AT TIMES THE WOMAN SHOULD STROKE YOUR PENIS WITHOUT ALLOWING YOU TO EJACULATE WHICH WILL CAUSE 'YOU' TO REALLY TURN UP! 

11) MEN-CLEAN YOUR KIDNEYS WITH HERBS AND OR FASTING FOR EACH KIDNEY IS DIRECTLY LINKED TO EACH TESTICLE

12) EXERCISE YOUR PERINEUM MUSCLE. (IF YOU DONT KNOW THEN LOOK IT UP)

13) STRETCH! STRETCH! STRETCH!

15) SHOULD TAKE A MARTIAL ARTS CLASS OR FIND SOMEONE WHOM YOU TRUST THAT YOU CAN FIGHT WITH PERIODICALLY.  FIGHTING IS HEALTHY!!!

16) PRACTICE YOGA/ QIGONG/ OR TAICHI DAILY!!!!

1) THE MORNINGS YOU WAKE UP AND YOUR PENIS IS HARD.  THATS A GREAT SIGN

2) WHEN YOUR PENIS GETS HARD JUST BECAUSE SOME AWESOME CHEMICAL REACTION IS HAPPENING INSIDE OF YOU

3) WHEN YOU EJACULATE AND YOUR PENIS IS STILL STANDING

4) WHEN YOU DO EJACULATE AND IT SHOOTS ACROSS THE ROOM..THATS GOOD POWER

WARRIOR CLASS DOES NOT ONLY MEAN FIGHTING CLASS BUT IT MEANS A CERTAIN MENTAL-PHYSICAL-SPIRITUAL ENERGETIC STANDARD THAT IS HELD BY AN INDIVIDUAL WHEN IN GREAT AND AWESOME HEALTH AND HAS SOMETHING TO CONTRIBUTE TO HIMSELF-HIS FAMILY-AND ALSO TO THE COMMUNITY HE IS INVOLVED IN.  

REMEMBER, THIS WILL HELP TO BUILD NATURAL MUSCLE THAT THE BODY WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSE TO POSSESS BUT WE ARE CONSTANTLY AT WAR BECAUSE OF THE THINGS IN SOCIETY (FOOD) THAT IS CONTRARY TO NATURE WHICH WILL IN TIME KILL US VERY QUICKLY IN SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS.

SACRIFICE FOR SOMETHING YOU NEVER HAD...

"That's a serious question.  This question is placed in the ROOT of Health and Fitness Training.  Some people have never had 'THAT BODY' they dreamed of, why?  Because having absolutely no type of experience will leave the person feeling like they can never achieve it or the work is too hard. As growing up, we learn or are forced or we choose to become complacent with our lives and what we have and this creates a serious mental war with SEASONAL HEALTH APPROACH.

how do you know you will achieve the body that you want?
ANSWER: Your Trainer Vaughn is a Bodybuilding Competitor, so when it comes to transforming bodies this is what Vaughn specializes in.  Whatever information is given is not to be taken lightly.  if it is weighed 'lightly' then your results will be light.

So I ask you being that we have April, May & June, will you learn to sacrifice those sweets, sleep, and idle time to train and put in extra work to acquire the body you want?

WHAT IS BEAST MODE?

What is beast mode?
1) when someone spit on you (literally) 2) The time you were disrespected 3) when you were a victim of racism 4) being a victim of your sexuality 5) when the judicial system didn't give you Justice 6) the time you were robbed 7) when you physically got your ass kicked 8) when you're a single parent 9) when the father wants to be a father but the mother is acting like an asshole 10) when the mother wants to be a mother but the father is acting like an ass hole 11) the time you were poor 12) when you had to go days without food because you had no $ 13) when your loved one was murdered 14) when you were selfish & niggardly 15) the times you were punked by others 16) you were scared 17) started acting like a pussy 18) worried what others thought about 19) your own laziness 20) your own excuses 21) when you never stuck to your word 22) all the times you did drugs 23) drank poison 24) when you hated your own self 25) when you always claimed you didn't have enough time 26) when you turned around at the last moment 27) when you lost faith 28) when you lost belief 29) when you lost sight 30) WHEN YOU LOST YOURSELF !!! 31) when you have knowledge of self 31) knowledge of the enemy 32) smashing goals 33) enhancing performance 34) getting stronger 35) enlightenment 36) constantly studying 37) constantly overcoming obstacles 38) defeating 39) winning 40) learning 41) teaching 42) becoming confident 43) removing ego 44) creating new things 45) making new friends 46) learning what didn't work 47) never giving up 48) staying centered 49) coming face to face with the devil 50) coming face to face with God WHAT IS BEAST MODE? ANSWER: when you Gather all the above that relates to you and you carry it with you day to day deciding and choosing to go hard in what you want to achieve and you don't stop until you've reached your goal! You take every single experience of PAIN & PLEASURE and you begin to teach 'PAIN' a lesson on what it is to overcome AND YOU MAKE IT PLEASURABLE. I'm specifically speaking of those who keep failing to see their new body. YOU HAVE TOO MANY EXCUSES! (Look in the mirror...no one is holding your fork or spoon when you decide to eat, no one is holding you down in bed, no one is creating excuses for you...check yourself.. "Things will happen-"SO WHAT! KEEP IT MOVING" EITHER YOU ARE A BEAST OR YOU WILL BE IN THE BELLY OF THE BEAST! OR EAT THE BEAST FROM WITHIN! THATS BEAST MODE!

WHAT'S MISSING?...

What is missing in our daily routine?
Why are we not really seeing our optimum potential in health?
What are we overlooking?

"Well, do you know that saying...'OUT-OF-SIGHT...OUT-OF-MIND'...

Yes...YOUR ORGANS ARE BEING OVERLOOKED ON A DAY-TO-DAY basis.  If you are not massaging yourself daily allowing blood to flow/ meditating/ or controlled breathing atleast for one hour a day....then your organs are working overtime. 

Ever received a massage and felt so good?  BINGO there is your answer...

Well have you ever felt so fatigued from day to day?..boom! there is another answer...when you are fatigued, your organs are NOT getting enough blood supply or proper circulation to do their job optimally...Thats if you are looking for optimal health and to live long.


*for example, the spleen is responsible for sending the blood to the end of the toes and fingers, so if you were to massage those areas daily...the spleen will work less harder than it normally does.

Muscle Starts in the Mind

Muscle Starts in the Mind.
But it's all about how you think about the word, how you feel about the word and how you view the word when it's scrambling through your Brain.

Here is an example:
Two people can be standing next to each other and hear the word...
'Fight'
*one will probably get scared and the other one will probably just start fighting everyone they see.

You see, so its how you view things in your mind and seeing how it effects you and what it means to you.

Muscle begins in the mind.  

Muscle is how you constantly see it in your life.  Overcoming obstacles takes a (muscle) mentality.  
One way to see and measure how much muscle you acquire is by looking in your personal life.

Two Basic Questions...
1) Are you someone that is used to getting spoon fed your whole life and everything is JUST nice.

or

2) Are you someone that is willing to create opportunities that will take some serious Grit and Fight and is willing to Risk many things in your life.

This is very interesting because it shows in your physiology as a human being.  Im not talking about always looking like a Professional 250 lbs bodybuilder either.  I'm talking about being able to execute and accomplish and finish and succeed and then obstacles come and then the muscle in your mind is being challenged by outside and inside forces.  MUSCLE is beautiful!  Spiritual Muscle ! Physical Muscle! Mental Muscle! All types of muscle....Thinking Muscles!! hahahahahaha  
It's ALL ABOUT THE MUSCLE...

Remember when the teacher put you in the corner or your parents put you in the corner....hahahaha

whatever muscle you were developing they had to sedate it by isolating you from the others because it will cause an uproar of OUT-OF-CONTROLNESS...HAHAHAHAHA

MUSCLE!

ARE YOU WILLING TO sacrifice and DISCIPLINE THE MIND TO ONE THING...TO DEVELOP MUSCLE??? ASK YOURSELF...KEEP ON ASKING YOURSELF UNTIL YOU FALL ASLEEP...

MUSCLE!

I GREW UP READING AND LEARNING ABOUT MUSCLE...thats one thing THE SUPREME BEING BLESSED ME TO HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING TO DEVELOP.

MUSCLE!

Some people have Muscle to make money.  
Some have muscle to be an actor.
Some have muscle to teach instrumental music.
Some have Muscle to deal with people.
Some have muscle to learn the ART OF FIGHTING
Some have the Muscle to read 1,000 page books in one week.

All types of Muscle.  It's all about the Muscle you developed over time that allowed you to have the results you now own in your life.  

NOW DEVELOP NEW MUSCLE!  TO ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING NEW IN YOUR LIFE !

NOW THAT MY FRIEND IS SERIOUS DISCIPLINE TO DEVELOP NEW MUSCLE.

Is your Body Collapsing? OR Is your Body Building?


What you are looking at above is a Human Protein Molecule.

That is the Protein Molecule that binds together with other Proteins to form what you look at in the mirror everyday.

Now is your body Collapsing or Building?

For those of us who exercise and those who do not exercise.
Ask yourself this, are you fatigued and or tired in the morning.  That is the first thing to look at.  Why? Because sleep is where your body takes time to repair itself.  If you do not have enough building blocks in the body, then it goes into a catabolic state and starts to eat itself away.  (COLLAPSING)

If you wake up in the morning before your alarm clock on a daily basis, simple....your body is getting adequate amounts of protein and vitamins and therefore you are building when you are asleep.

HOW do you Collapse?...Answer: Eat the wrong food and OR do not eat enough food on a daily basis.

HOW do you build?...Answer: cover all vitamins from a,b,c,d,e,k...omega oils...proteins...minerals...water...carbs...on a daily basis according to your body type and lifestyle and you should see yourself get up in the morning regularly without any problems.

How much power have we as individuals have not yet tapped into?  Im sure some of us have experienced some great and wonderful things about ourselves dealing with our Spiritual-Mental-Physical alone that we can’t even find words to express the experiences that we go through.  
This letter is dealing with the cells of our body, the seen and the unseen.  Obviously we can see our skin, limbs, eyes, and different features of the body which are cells joined together by remote intelligence.  Then we have things inside of the body in which we cannot see directly but we can feel them present such as the heart, lungs, stomach, intestinal tract and so on and so forth in which we must give major respect to at all times even when we are eating the wrong mental, spiritual and physical food it still strives to keep us alive and well on this planet called Earth.  Those are made up of cells as well.
Then broken down into tiny pieces we have individual cells in which have a specific job to do, again caused by an unseen intelligence before we were even present and alive.  The smaller you go, we then need modern day technology to see what is actually living inside of us which are more cells. 
As we continue to go smaller...”I am personally asking, have you ever been able to tap into thought or where thought is originated from or when thought begins to process, can you feel it physically move throughout the body? How much control do we as individuals have control over our ‘own-selves’ in today’s world? How much control can we learn to posses over time after Mastering ourselves as time go?  
I have written a definition for the word cell above in relation to jail.  When someone: cannot function, breaks the rules, causes a disruption, and in result causes chaos or some type of uprise amongst the masses of the other body of people in jail they are separated and placed in a cell alone.  
The school system is actually the same way.  You have a body of students approximately 20-30 students in a class which are considered “normal”.  Then you have another body of students which range from 1 to no more than 10 per class which have teachers to tend to their needs in a different approach because if these students were to be placed in a class ranging from 20-30 students with the “normal” characteristics, it would cause an uprise or chaos.  When a student again disrupts or breaks rules, etc., they are sent to detention (placed alone).  
If we go backwards starting with the Result then to the Cause.

  • action or anything taking place to cause some type of disruption or uprise
  • the thoughts taking place in the individuals mind
  • the intent
  • the origin of that thought
Im comparing the actual Human body composed of cells comprised together and now breaking it down all the way to the smallest of cells located in the body.  Origin of thought, the intent carried by thought into the cell of the body which is an action that has an effect on other cells of the body and then you have the result taking place in full action of the whole body itself.  Now what is it that we do not see taking place and which one are we giving power to the most.  From a Microscopic viewpoint and a large viewpoint. Example:Microscope and a Telescope.  One allows you to see the smallest of things and one allows you to see the largest of things.
Let me not lose focus here.  My point that I am making, are we as individuals setting our own trap, success and then allowing others in the world to move us by allowing them to place their thoughts in our minds.  
Example: A doctor tells someone...”you have 6 months to live and then you’ll die.” All of  a sudden that person begins to change the way they see things on a daily basis by changing the way they think and action follows by first a chemical reaction taking place starting with the mind and then all of a sudden the odds happen, that person actually lives longer than what they expected as well as the doctor.

What can we obtain from this?  Are we in jail in our own minds and to society and held mentally captive?  Further more, what are our dreams telling us, what are they for if we don’t follow our own dreams, ideas, thoughts, etc.? Are we other than ourselves when we take on things we really don’t want to or act in such  a way?
