Deep Thought about Health


Being a participant in this thing called "Health & Fitness"...
What will it really take to fulfill my potential in this realm.  (yes we are talking Biblical numbers)

This thing 'THEY' call 'natural death'...seems to be that whatever keep occurring often suddenly becomes a 'natural' thing-a natural cause-a natural event and then it is never exposed to the public because 'we' see 'it' as a 'NATURAL' thing. (WHICH CAN BE HARMFUL)

The next question is, "Why are the people in power allowing Hospitals to Shutdown?"
answer: so those in power can stay in power over those who are sick and can not and will not be able to help themselves.  Which means we are in a dangerous time as well as an awesome time for those who have an open eye.

Are we Fit for Survival?
As we know the United States is getting hit left to right with weather that has never been seen before.  consistent floods-tornados-hurricanes-snow-etc.
(since i been alive we haven't gone through a war yet but lets not count that out just yet)

Look at those around 'us' that eat 'uncontrollably...would you want that person around you during a time when famine hits? it may sound harsh but i sure dont want that person around me.
(we may have enough food to last us for months in a time of famine and here it is this one person decides to eat up everything in 1 friggin' night because of them not being 'fit' for certain conditions)

Has food become a disease itself? YES
"look at the people and look at those in power created non-real and un-real food...DUH!"

"we must begin to unify ourselves with the right people...
in one circle we need...
  • doctor
  • engineer
  • construction worker
  • cook
  • someone who reads the maps (lol)
  • fighters(killers)
  • guardians for the children
  • electrician
  • weapon specialist
 "There are many more...as long as we dont know each others talents, we are blind to creating circles that will keep us independent even during a time as of NOW in 2013.  Circles of bonding-trust-unity...

What has caused our separation to creating new friends since our childhood?
THE MEDIA!
(yes aren't they a powerful source)

The media can shape and form peoples minds and thinking and perception. 
(thats the devil fully armed)

Well who is best to qualify to Master any given situation?
you got it!!!
GOD IS!

ASK YOURSELF THIS..."can you create another human being from the dust right outside your window?"
if so..prove it!

Where am I going with this?
Have we lost our true guidance in life? or Whoever is leading this flock 'today' is not doing a great job.
(hence..all the killing-murdering-robbing-raping-injustcie-inequality)

Have we lost the path into tapping into our true existence? our true being? our true essence? 
OUR CREATOR?

Therefore as we all know..
GOD CREATED MAN AND WOMAN IN HIS 'OWN' IMAGE.

Have we lost sight of reaching further past our physical means and into our spiritual side?
We all know looks can be deceiving...so what is it that keeps a person going forward and staying strong? Majority of the time it is 'their' spirit. Whether it has been uplifted by a friendly conversation-prayer-something they heard-seen-or read...etc and the list goes on.

So physicality by itself is useless when we disconnect 'ourselves from ourselves'-which is disconnecting us from our true source of nature.

Question:
1) Does exercising train you to be fit? yes
2) Does communication allow you to be fit? yes
3) Does talent + skill allow you to be fit? yes
4) Does Guidance allow you to be fit? yes
5) Does cleanliness allow you to be fit? yes
6) Does study allow you to be fit? yes
7) Does Humility allow you to be fit? yes

The list can go on forever!

As we can summarize this article, EVERYTHING and ALL things allow us to be fit for a given situation, but what will allow us to continue being fit is our health and doing the complete opposite and or changing our lives as individuals form what the world has set out for us and BEGIN TO CREATE OUR OWN.

How important is Oxygen?
3 days with 'little' to 'no' oxygen...my plant started to lay down and go to sleep. (the owner was on vacation)
Ofcourse water was not present along with the plants vitamin intake.
here is exactly 24 hours later after giving the plant an open window-sun-vitmains-water

Huge difference..yes my plant receives the best plant vitamins my pockets can afford.
what does this say about the human body?
The Human body can not operate off of 'little' or 'no' 
RIGHTEOUS HUMAN BODY RESOURCES 
at any given time.

#1-OXYGEN
#2-LIGHT
#3-NUTRIENTS (VITAMINS & MINERALS)
#4-PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT (STARTING WITH THE MIND)
"WHEN THE SEED BREAKS OPEN AND PUSHES THROUGH THE DIRT IS LIKE 'US' LIFTING OUR BODY WEIGHT OR ANY TYPE OF RESISTANCE...

WE SHALL BE PERSISTENT IN EVERYTHING WE DO 'HOLISTICALLY' SO THAT WE CAN GAIN THE RESULTS -'WE'-'YOU' ARE LOOKING FOR.

BE REAL! BE REALISTIC! THINK REALISTICALLY!

BUILDING A BETTER BODY

You guys have motivated me so much to wanting to keep researching ways to improve you guys health.

LETS GET BETTER!

#1 I would like to point out, if PROTEIN were the key to great health and fitness..then we wouldn't need anything else...thats where an individual becomes a MUSCLE HEAD-"been-there-done-that"

#2 We all have come to a conclusion that every thing we do focuses on building a better-stronger-body!

#3 People today in the united states start experiencing joint problems-torn ligaments-partially torn tendons once passed the age of 38.

#4 ways of improving or preventing such a disease..stretching-quality intake of nutrition-and as most of us are on joint supplements. Very good!

#5 What we don't feel or experience now doesn't mean that its not existing in our bodies on a daily basis. It is called 'acute-inflammation'.

#6 ok so when we workout right, we tear down muscles-tendons-ligaments which create inflammation=slowing down or shortage of blood flow to a specific area.  so yes your healing process is on delay.

#7 "I dont know about you guys but by the time I'm passed 70 I do not want to be experiencing a joint and tendon issue when I have been doing all that I can do in my power NOW to prevent such a thing.

#8 yes I am speaking of repairing tendons..

#9 Ask yourself..is my DAILY-FOOD intake have any correlation to healing my tendons?


#10 People, if the tendons are damaged in any way, how in the heck are we doing to build quality muscle at the RATE it is suppose to develop?...


FOODS THAT HELP HEAL:
Fruits particularly high in vitamin C include oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, kiwi, black currants, cherries, guava, mangoes and papaya.
