hang for 40 seconds 3x


pull and stretch your back 40 seconds 3x


hamstring stretch 40 secs. 3x

quad & front pelvis stretch 40secs. 3x


calf & achilles stretch

holding dip stretch for chest & shoulders

glute and side quad stretch


calf/hamstring/glute/back stretch

straddle stretch for groin



hamstring/quad and lower back


groin stretch (the butterfly)


foot instep/shin/quad stretch
