MUSCLE/ FOOD/ FASTING/ HEALTH

                                  Why do I promote muscle building? Since I was at the age of 9, My Dad was putting health Magazines in my hand everytime I went to visit him.  So there you have it folks, that's the end of the blog. HAHAHAHA.
                                  I promote muscle building because it's all I know.  It is what I grew up reading, talking, doing, thinking, dreaming and acting on, on a daily basis.  Along with that comes the food part, protein shakes and vitamins along with everyday home cooked meals.  And some outside of the house meals as well.  
                                 Fasting is new to me even though I've been practicing it since I was 17.  I say its new to me because I have no MASTERED it as of yet. Nor have I mastered MUSCLE BUILDING and nor have I mastered the FOOD as well.  I've acquired knowledge through reading, listening, trial and error.  But if I wanted to get cut up? I most certain can.  Can I put on stacks of muscle? I most certain can.  Do I know which foods to eat? I most certainly do.  The issue is..I have not mastered the FAST-in my perspective, Fasting to where it happens naturally or what do I do in the absence of eating.  I always get lost, over thinking, pick up my art supplies, I watch movies but then that gets boring, walking alone is boring, fasting alone is so damn boring, social media becomes a turn off, the fact that I have to constantly say...OH YEAH IM LETTING MY ORGANS REST...becomes so damn mind burdening.  
                               

                             SO HERE YOU HAVE IT FROM THE HORSES MOUTH...I had a medical test for a life insurance that does urine work and bloodwork.  So I said okay lets see if FASTING really works.  
2 weeks prior to the test.  I ate pizza everyday, stopped working out, i smoked, i drank, i ate lots of synthetic chocolate and right before the test...I did a 3 day DRY FAST(NO COFFEE NO WATER)
                             The person who needed to take my blood had to keep switching arms because my veins were not popping at all and my blood was very thick.  And she had to stay around longer because I had nothing in my system to urinate out.
EVENTUALLY THEY GOT BOTH OF WHAT THEY NEEDED.........

so test results...I passed the test with flying colors by saying no i don't smoke..no i don't drink..no I don't have any blood problems....
and when the person who signed me up came back to me...she told me they LOWERED my monthly payment for the life insurance because they've never seen blood so clean.  I sat back and smiled.

SO I GUESS IM IN GOOD HEALTH WITH A GREAT LIFE INSURANCE POLICY.

YOU WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE? EAT FOOD? FAST? INTO BETTER HEALTH?......

ALL TENDONS CREATED EQUAL


"This was the most PROFROUND picture I found Dealing with the Achilles Tendon.  I find dealing with people on a consistent basis of how tight their shoulders are or underdeveloped or constantly saying..."FIX YOUR POSTURE"....

I Vaughn Parker Solely believe that the Achilles Tendon is "one of the" Key and a Major Factor into restoring the bodies composition or enhancing ones physical abilities.  I'm not just speaking of athletes or people who work out.  I'm speaking for everyone.

  • if you drive on a daily basis and never get foot massages or stretch
  • if you walk every single day and never stretch or get foot massages
  • if you sit all day at a desk and never stretch or massage
  • if you're a lazy bum and never stretch or massage (lol)
  • if you stand all day and never stretch or massage
AND SO THE LIST GOES ON....

When areas of the body...the Tendons in which I'm focusing on, are inflamed and you are not aware of it, that is a major problem.  Think about it, most likely you are unaware of how long its been in that state/ or if its extremely tight/ lack of circulation/ partial tears, we get the point.  Stretching and massage enhances healing and circulation.  There is also a  'BUT' in the picture.  What if your intake and Body is lacking the nutrients, raw material to actually rebuild that part of the body.

All Tendons are created, so the body is a Supreme Machine and calculates very well.  For example, if the body has to supply the most important part of the BODY..guess where it's going...BINGO...That's right, The Brain, Heart, Lungs, and major Organs to keep your behind alive. hahahaha (I crack myself up) YES there are tendons surrounding organs to help keep it there.  So this is why Nutrition IS VERY IMPORTANT...give the body what it needs first and foremost, give it in abundance, and then allow the body to digest send the nutrients throughout the body.

So in this case, so that you can always stand and all, the body will constantly supply the most used area of the body and in this case, it will be the organs and also tendons in the legs UNTIL...you give it enough so that each tendon in the body gets what it NEEDS...Once that happens, the tendons will become stronger and more elastic and nutrition will be able to flow through the tendons more efficiently and the muscles can better relax and develop.  

When LEG muscles begin to get tight and overcompensate, it travels upwards causing everything else to become tight.  WATCH A STIFF PERSON WALK.

DO VITAMINS WORK?

Answer: Yes vitamins work but for most people they tend not to and some know how they actually work and others do not even have a clue as to HOW they are suppose to work.

First off, that awesome 2017 awesome car you're driving now...OR if you don't have one like me, I have to imagine having one.

Question: Would you drive your new car on NYC busted up streets and expect the car to be in the same total condition as it was prior to you driving it? NO!

Another Question: Why do you think the Airway for a plane to take off can't have ANYTHING in its way right before it takes off? 
Answer: Because anything little thing that doesn't belong there can throw that plan directly off.

This is what happens when your (veins, muscle skeleton, bones, organs are impaired)

YOU GET MY DRIFT...

So the importance of 
PROTEIN...
is to Rebuild-Repair-so the enzymes (chauffeur) can do its JOB in total COMPLETENESS...

What am I saying?
Answer: Vitamins, Minerals (cars/planes) cannot get through to the designated area effectively unless the highways are smooth and clear.

MEDITATION

Hey everyone!  

  • Have you ever been able to keep your Body still for one whole hour?
  • Have you ever taken an hour out to focus on one thought/ picture/ clear your mind?
  • Do you need help with your meditation?
  • Do you need assistance with helping you remain calm during an hour?
  • Do you just want to sit and be still for one hour?
  • Do you need to practice your breathing?
  • Do you need to clear some mental/physical unwanted energy?
  • Does your head feel heavy with burdens that need to be removed?
  • Would you like to feel more alive?
  • Do you want to know what its like to be/feel centered?

WELL, I AM NOW DOING MEDITATION SESSIONS.

YOUR BODY REQUIRES YOUR ATTENTION

What type of car would you like to drive?
(keep in mind everything I name is in its Peak Top Condition)

A show car? 
Oldsmobile? 
Race car?
Sports car?

The car you choose should be equivalent on how you maintain your body (health)
IM NOT FOCUSED ON LOOKS!!!

I'm focusing on the interior from the smallest wire/screw to making sure in hard times (weather conditions) that you'll be able to withstand the toughest of the toughest.

NOW! 
When we have new cars, we love to get them inspected, tuned up, etc. and when we have awesome cars, we tend to choose the best GAS. We love taking it to the BODYSHOP! and Specific CAR WASHES!

(keep in mind I'm speaking to those who actually think and do this and to those who do not do this, I AM NOT JUDGING), I'm just giving you something to think about)

ONE THING WE DO NOT DO IS, TRASH IT JUST BECAUSE A SPECIFIC LIGHT GOES ON AND DOESN'T COME ON.

The point I'm making is, The car is a replica of the human body in many ways.
We must begin to take action BEFORE we see signs or RIGHT when we see signs.  OR for those who go..."you know what, I live in the city/country/forest/ desert.....i'm going to get a car that I can depend on.  That means a car that can take you from point A-Z.

So, we must begin to take action By continuously cleaning/ cleansing the toxins and repairing the damage that the food has cost us when it moved through the entire BODILY SYSTEMS.

Because it literally takes-according to Biology-12-24 hours just for the food to move through the Digestive system.  NOW, what happens when your car (BEHIND THE SEATS, ON THE FLOOR, IN THE TRUNK, GLOVE COMPARTMENT, ) is filled with things you JUST left IN THERE without a cause.  After a while you go..."OH D@MN, MY CAR NEEDS A CLEANING.  Your body is the exact same way.

INVEST IN YOURSELF from TIME to TIME.

RISE ABOVE TRIALS-HEALTH

Optimum Health
is when you become aware (mentally) of the toxicity in your own mind.  The toxicity caused by thinking can create a 'mental-weight' which will begin to apply pressure over time if it is not dealt with in a proper manner.  We do deal with problems, but at times it does not help rid of the mental weight.  Mental-Toxic-Weight can cause a severe stress disease that will eventually flow throughout the whole body and will kill you slowly while you are alive.

NOW...
HOW do we deal with this MENTAL-TOXIC-STRESS....?
RISE UP TO THE OCCASION 
whether you like it or not...

IT IS YOUR MENTAL RESISTANCE....IT IS YOUR MENTAL WEIGHT...
You must begin to do something that will help rid it away...in this case...

EXERCISE..ALSO THINKING...
of a strategy so that when the session is over, you must take action just like you were feeling resistance while TRAINING.

THE PUSH AND PULL EFFECT!...

overtime you will be come stronger and start to regain something you thought you never could have or do while overcoming an obstacle in your life especially when its been taken away.  Our thoughts, attitude and action play a major role...

ALSO..THE PEOPLE YOU COMMUNICATE WITH....should atlas be an example of strong people always achieving something and overcoming obstacles in their lives which will give you some energy and power and force along with strength as well.

HOLIDAY SEASON & MORE EXCUSES NEED TO BE THROWN AWAY

I'm just going to freestyle on this one...

It is coming real close to the end of the year and the holidays are about to step in.
Will these be the next excuses used to not hit your 2016 goals?

lets think about it...

look back for a second at all the time you had available but you spent it doing something else as oppose to working towards your fitness goals.  It takes energy.  An energy-pill called..."GET MOVING!"...

As we know its all mental and of course action along with it.
We have September, October, November, December...are you going to overcome all obstacles or let the obstacle bust you down!

what is an obstacle?...lets name a few:
TV
WRONG FOOD
SUGAR
COOKIES-CAKE-
GOING ON DATES
SKIPPING MEALS
INCONSISTENT
OVERSLEEPING
SPOILED
DONT KNOW YOUR OWN VALUE

and the list goes on...

OFCOURSE...im speaking to myself as I'm writing this, but if you're reading this to, its very possible you can relate.  OKAY so how do we make up for it with only 4 months left?

answer: GET INTO ACTION...GET TOUGH...GET STRONGER...GET YOUR OWN FOOT OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY...

1) do something today that will bring you closer to your goal
2) keep your mind on your fitness goal
3) stop negative thinking 
4) when everyone else is eating food and you've never seen your sixpack...just wait to see if anyone cares about your fitness goals and asks you would you like something healthy
5) FITNESS IS YOUR OWN DAG ON BUSINESS...you better stay on top of it.
6) BE PATIENT AND CONSISTENT


I read a book by Elijah Muhammad and he said...When people tried a certain way of how to eat, it didn't work for them because they had the wrong thinking.  The wrong thinking can have an effect on your digestive system.

THOUGHTS are very powerful! 

everything works..
from eating 8 meals a day to eating 1 meal a week...
CHOOSE ONE AND BE CONSISTENT!

"IF YOU KNOW YOURE NOT SUPPOSE TO EAT THAT AND AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME...DONT DO IT!"
