HOLIDAY SEASON & MORE EXCUSES NEED TO BE THROWN AWAY

I'm just going to freestyle on this one...

It is coming real close to the end of the year and the holidays are about to step in.
Will these be the next excuses used to not hit your 2016 goals?

lets think about it...

look back for a second at all the time you had available but you spent it doing something else as oppose to working towards your fitness goals.  It takes energy.  An energy-pill called..."GET MOVING!"...

As we know its all mental and of course action along with it.
We have September, October, November, December...are you going to overcome all obstacles or let the obstacle bust you down!

what is an obstacle?...lets name a few:
TV
WRONG FOOD
SUGAR
COOKIES-CAKE-
GOING ON DATES
SKIPPING MEALS
INCONSISTENT
OVERSLEEPING
SPOILED
DONT KNOW YOUR OWN VALUE

and the list goes on...

OFCOURSE...im speaking to myself as I'm writing this, but if you're reading this to, its very possible you can relate.  OKAY so how do we make up for it with only 4 months left?

answer: GET INTO ACTION...GET TOUGH...GET STRONGER...GET YOUR OWN FOOT OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY...

1) do something today that will bring you closer to your goal
2) keep your mind on your fitness goal
3) stop negative thinking 
4) when everyone else is eating food and you've never seen your sixpack...just wait to see if anyone cares about your fitness goals and asks you would you like something healthy
5) FITNESS IS YOUR OWN DAG ON BUSINESS...you better stay on top of it.
6) BE PATIENT AND CONSISTENT


I read a book by Elijah Muhammad and he said...When people tried a certain way of how to eat, it didn't work for them because they had the wrong thinking.  The wrong thinking can have an effect on your digestive system.

THOUGHTS are very powerful! 

everything works..
from eating 8 meals a day to eating 1 meal a week...
CHOOSE ONE AND BE CONSISTENT!

"IF YOU KNOW YOURE NOT SUPPOSE TO EAT THAT AND AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME...DONT DO IT!"


ABS ALL DAY....HIRE ME FOR YOUR 2017 FITNESS GOALS....

"HEY 2017, WE SEE YOU COMING!!!"
