1) THIS IS A QUESTION YOU NEED TO ASK YOURSELF CONSTANTLY WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING YOUR BODY AND TAKING IT UNDER COMPLETE STRESS.

A) DO I HAVE MY MULTIVITAMIN ?

B) DO I HAVE MY MULTIMINERAL ?

C) DO I HAVE MY OMEGA 3-6-9 OILS ?

D) HOW IS MY WATER INTAKE ?

E) AM I TAKING IN MY PROTEIN ON A DAILY BASIS ?

F) AM I TAKING IN HEALTHY CARBS ?

G) AM I FASTING ?

H) AM I TAKING IN MY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ?

I) AM I GETTING THE PROPER SLEEP/ REST ?

J) AM I STRETCHING DAILY FOR AN HOUR ?

THESE ARE THE BASICS NEEDED TO IMPROVE YOUR BODY EVEN WHEN YOUR WORK SCHEDULE IS ACTIVE-YOU DO NEED A STRONG FOUNDATION OF NUTRITIONAL INTAKE.


I AM WRITING THIS ONE BECAUSE PEOPLE CLOSE TO ME SEE ME EATING ITALIAN PIZZA PIES BY MYSELF AND STILL WONDER HOW I STAY IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE.

ITS BECAUSE I DO TAKE THE NECESSARY VITAMINS TO BALANCE OUT THE CARB INTAKE.

PEOPLE SEE ME EATING BEAN PIES BY THE DOZENS AND STILL STAY IN GOOD SHAPE. 

IT IS BECAUSE I DO ATTEMPT A 3 DAY FAST ON A WEEKLY BASIS SO MY BODY CAN BURN OFF THE EXTRA SUGAR.

PEOPLE SEE ME EATING LOTS OF CHOCOLATE .

IT IS BECAUSE I NEED A SUGAR BOOST SO I CAN GIVE MYSELF SOME ENERGY SO I CAN TRAIN MY CLIENT WITH AS MUCH ENERGY AS POSSIBLE. 

PEOPLE SEE ME EATING FOOD OUTSIDE OFTEN. 

IT IS BECAUSE I TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO CLEAN MY BODY OUT ON A DAILY BASIS.

ALSO BECAUSE MY NUTRITIONAL FOUNDATION IS POTENT ENOUGH TO WEATHER A STORM THAT'LL BE ENTERING IN JUST LIKE A STRONG HOUSE OR A STRONG TREE THAT IS FIRMLY ROOTED INTO THE GROUND THAT CAN WEATHER A STORM.

IT IS HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF SELF AND USING WHAT WORKS AND IT IS THE WISE ONES THAT WILL PUT INTO PRACTICE OF WHAT YOU KNOW WHAT WORKS TO IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL CHANGE OR PERFORMANCE AND IT IS THE FOOL THAT USES EXCUSES TO FALL SHORT AND KEEP ON MAKING EXCUSES AND THEN WONDER WHY RESULTS NEVER SHOW UP.

A TRUE BODYBUILDER ON ANY LEVEL HAS A STRONG FOUNDATION OF NUTRITIONAL INTAKE WHICH IS WHY THEY HAVE THE MUSCLES THEY HAVE AND OTHERS BEGIN TO HATE.

A TRUE BODYBUILDER IS SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO TAKE WHAT THEY LEARN AND APPLY IT TO THEMSELVES.

TAKE WHAT YOU KNOW AND APPLY IT!

MAKE UP YOUR MIND AND YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!

PHYSICAL TRAINING IS EASY!!  

BUT IF YOUR FOUNDATION IS GARBAGE, YOUR OUTPUT WOULD BE EXACTLY WHAT YOU CHOSE TO EAT WHICH IS WHY IF YOU KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO EAT CRAP AND JUNK FOOD AND SHIT ALL AT ONCE THEN MAKE SURE YOU EAT FOOD THAT WILL BALANCE IT OUT SUCH AS HEALTHY FOOD, VITAMINS AND MINERALS THINGS THAT THE BODY NATURALLY NEEDS SO YOU WONT FALL OFF OF YOUR GAME.

PEOPLE SEE ME GETTING IN AWESOME SHAPE AND NEVER COMPLAIN.

IT IS BECAUSE I ASK FRIENDS TO MASSAGE ME AND I ALSO GO TO THE CHINESE LADY IN CHINA TOWN AND SHE LIKES TO BEAT MY BODY UP BECAUSE SHE ALWAYS MENTIONS I HAVE ALOT OF MUSCLES. (PERFECT!)

PEOPLE NEVER SEE ME COMPLAIN ABOUT MY HEALTH BECAUSE I DO WHAT I WAS TOLD AND I FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS SO I WONT FALL BACKWARDS.

PEOPLE SEE ME PERFORMING WELL WHEN TRAINING, 

IT IS BECAUSE I DONT SIT ON FACEBOOK OR INSTGRAM OR IN FRONT OF THE TV FOR 1-3 HOURS, I GET MY BEHIND ON THE FLOOR AND STRETCH OUT FOR 1-3 HOURS.

AS A TRAINER, MY TRAINER ONCE TOLD ME...."IF YOU'RE A TRAINER THEN YOU BETTER BE TRAINING YOURSELF"

ALSO.....STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT GOING TO MOTIVATE YOU TO DO BETTER IN HEALTH FOR YOUR OWN SELF. THATS CALLED SELF DESTRUCTION!


ANYONE CAN DO PHYSICAL EXERCISE BUT IF YOU LIKE EATING THE WRONG FOODS THEN PLEASE STOP COMPLAINING AND STOP WORRYING AND ENJOY YOUR WRONG EATING AND BE COMFORTABLE WITH THAT.
