She Called Me Fat

I made it!  I am so happy to be writing this ! for once in my life I felt so good hearing something and then I had to check myself!  She called me fat! ...exact words were..."yeah, you not ripped!"

THAT WAS ALL I NEEDED TO HEAR !

 Any type of Relationship between a Man and a Woman is important when it comes to health.  Read this carefully, Woman go through so many changes that it's not even funny! For ALL women no matter how you look, as long as you attempted, or even took on the healthy route you get an award!

BUT MEN, WHEN SHE SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT YOU OR US NOT BEING IN SHAPE!..WE MUST CHECK THAT SHIT LIKE THE WHOLE WORLD IS LOOKING AT US!

MEN! WE HAVE NO MENSTRUAL CYCLES ! WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT 5-10 DAYS OF BLEEDING ! MEN WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GROWING WIDE IN OUR HIPS OR CHEST AREA ! MEN WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CRAVINGS DUE TO MONTHLY CYCLES ! MEN WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ESTROGEN ! MEN WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BLOOD SHOWING UP UNEXPECTEDLY IN PUBLIC! S.M.H. S.M.H. S.M.H. WE DONT' HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT EMOTIONALLY EATING DUE TO BODY CHANGES..

TECHNICALLY ! MEN! PHYSICALLY WHAT WE GO THROUGH HAS NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO WHAT WOMEN GO THROUGH AND WE CAN'T EVEN MEASURE OR EVEN COMPARE.

Health in the Future

The way things are moving now, once the general public learn, realizes and start to apply the action of the importance of NUTRITION.  The people will Naturally become stronger and will soon realize that the gym itself is NOT where you get your gains from for HEALTH reasons.

ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN.

First off, the many diseases that are common today and these new diseases are often at a high rate due to the people as individuals DO NOT TAKE responsibility in making sure their vitamins from A-Z are covered on a daily basis.  That in itself leaves the body vulnerable to any disease that comes in contact with the person.

Second off, i've come across many people in the last 19 years that fail in vitamin, mineral and basic nutrient intake and in general conversation i can see that there is a barrier or like a wall where some people put up when you say...TAKE MORE..OR..USE THIS..OR TAKE THAT..OR EAT THIS...OR EAT MORE OF THIS..OR WHATEVER THE CASE IS.

3rd off, if exercise were the complete answer than EVERYONE WILL BE IN AWESOME SHAPE...guess WHAT???...WALKING IS EXERCISE ! Exactly something so simple such as walking is the best exercise out there..it is safe and easy.  Take the lack of nutrients that are being taken to replaced what is lost is at an all time high.

In conclusion...NUTRITION IS THE KEY TO OPENING UP A BRAND NEW ROAD OF HEALTH AND VITALITY !!!

HEALTH HEALTH HEALTH


Optimal circulation is KEY.  Along with added nutrients to enhance to productivity of each cell/organelle within and without the body.
How do you do that?

Answer From a Personal Trainer Point Of View:

Each Trainer are on different levels of knowledge when it comes to the Human Body.  For an example....you have 

Pre School
Elementary School
Junior Highschool
Highschool
Charter School
Private school
Community College
Universities
G.E.D. Programs

I'm not degrading anyone.  I'm pointing out the fact that we all have to start from somewhere and then grow.  So a Combination of many different levels under one subject will automatically place you in a position where you are more qualified to deal with people on a larger scale with different types of people as oppose to only have one level of knowledge and no experience and you're totally new to something which is a great thing as well.

When wanting or needing to optimize circulation, most times exercise is not the answer for people with blocked/clogged arteries-people who are already active-those who are inactive- and the list goes on.

learning to proper intake of food/nutrients/ and why we must eat certain things are extremely important! As well as fasting-juice fasting-dry fasting and or eliminating foods for a certain period of time until the desired result has taken place.  

Another is the important of well-being such as receiving massages and or stretching.  Possibly going to the Sauna/steam room or laying in a jacuzzi to physically make yourself feel that much better.

Commercialization of health can be dangerous or misinform someone who has no clue where to start but to be inspired to be in great health and or shape is a wonderful thing but many important factors can and will be overlooked if not taken the proper steps.


EVERYONE WANTS TO BUILD MUSCLE, MOST ARE NOT AWARE YOUR BODY WAS DESIGNED TO BUILD MUSCLE AS SOON AS THE SPERM HIT THAT EGG.
YOUR DNA ALREADY IS DESIGNED TO DO THAT.  WITHOUT PROPER INTAKE, YOUR BODY WON'T HAVE THE ADEQUATE MATERIAL FOR THAT SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL TO CONTINUOUSLY BUILD.

What am I saying?  Muscle is the Key for OPTIMAL CIRCULATION...with the proper ratio of muscle in your body, YOU CAN GET RID OF ANY DISEASE once you live your life in the proper manner.

19 DAY FASTING EXPERIENCE

This Fast was definitely on time.

The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad says that Fasting cures 90% of our diseases.

He also said to take a 3 day Fast every month.  He also said, when you're used to 3 day Fast, take a 6, then a 9, then 27 days.

Mathematically in between 9 and 27, you have...12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 then also 30.

Every week In my opinion you should practice a 36-48 hour Fast.  That alone will help to build up your will for a longer Fast.

1) You can invite water
2) you can invite coffee
3) If you are tired you can eat a piece of Toast
4) you can also have a nice cup of fresh carrot juice
5) You can also bite into an onion
6) A fresh cup of wholesome Milk in its purest form.

"Why am I Fasting so much?"

ANSWER:
I want to see the full potential of the Human Body and How far it can go once I begin to gain Mastery over my stomach (hunger)
After that I would practice on my emotions and begin to do everything Mathematically.
(P.E.M.D.A.S.)
Along with that I want to Master Thought because it is very interesting to me how I have this magnificent computer like muscle in my body and I want to know how it works when it is CLEAR.

THEN******There are all of these books that speak on Magnetic energy.

THEN*****all of these CHAKRA-like HEALING Energies we supposedly have inside of us.

THEN******how we are connected to the universe-I need to practice tapping in and tapping out and see what this energy is all about.

THEN******our hearts and all this electricity that supposedly runs through our bodies...I need to see how to take control of that and use it.

THEN ALL OF THESE STORIES THAT I HEAR OVER AND OVER ABOUT DREAMS-VISIONS-GODS-ETC.

So SINCE I'M physically free from slavery...SHIT....Why not turn my mind elsewhere since I'm not eating???
I fast a lot because I'm curious, so I need to know what's going on with my own body that way I can move accordingly and Master this awesome specimen that this spirit of mines dwell in.

from a thought-to sperm-reached an egg-clot-tissue-into bones and flesh-then these awesome systems inside of the body that is created. WHO WAS THE AUTHOR OF THIS?

Since I was taught ALLAH(GOD) is a Man and there is a SUPREME ONE living amongst us...well HEY...I gotta get to work on myself and get some stuff done.  Being a personal Trainer is fun.  Being a Healer a Fun.

AIMING TO BE A MASTER IS EVEN BETTER IN MY EYES.
a MASTER IN HUMAN BIOLOGY-CHEMISTRY.

so THE FASTING ALLOWS ME TO HAVE MORE TIME TO READ-WRITE-EXPRESS-AND FINISH PROJECTS I HAVE AT HAND.



AS I HAVE LEARNED...DISEASE HAS A HOUSING PLACE IN THE STOMACH.
THE STOMACH IS CALLED THE SOLAR-PLEX BECAUSE IT HAS EVERY SINGLE TISSUE THAT IS LOCATED AROUND THE BODY INSIDE THE STOMACH.  THE EXACT SAME REPLICA.

SOLAR-SYNONYM FOR IT IS SUN
PLEXUS- SYNONYM FOR IT IS WEB-SYSTEM.

THE BODY IS A REPLICA OF THE REPTILIAN
THE BEE
THE SPIDER
AND WE HOUSE WATER
AIR
MINERALS
AS WELL AS ELECTRICITY

WE ARE HUMANS FULL OF INTERESTING THINGS ON MANY LEVELS.

THE BODY ALONE WITH THE MOST MAGNIFICENT THING ON THE PLANET.

I CANNOT OVERLOOK THIS-OTHERWISE I'D BE DOING A DIS-SERVICE TO THE ALMIGHTY GOD-THE SUPREME GOD.

You Are What You Eat


The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad always teaches to get to the ROOT of things.

Straight to the point, When you eat an Apple...You are eating something that was once a seed planted in the Earth, in complete darkness surrounded by vitamins/dirt/bugs/water/ rocks/ stones/ minerals and so the list goes on.

Once the seed begins to germinate, It naturally finds its way through darkness until it reaches the light and at the same time staying rooted in the area which it has been planted in until it becomes an Apple Tree.  Everything begins to grow thicker, firmer, strong, and able to withstand different weather conditions.

You see, you ARE what you eat.

In my Text Book, The Spirit Lies in the Biology of the Human Body.  It depends on how you as an individual would like to look at it.  For every person has their own perspective but, for those who are always looking to increase frequency, energy, vibrant, feeling alive.....eating vegetables and fruits is one of the KEY(s).  Because you are what you eat on a microscopic level.

As the fruit of vegetable grow, it pulls and sucks on everything in its environment which gives it is potency of nutrition on all levels,  periodically if it rains just enough or we water it just enough, the water and oxygen allows chemical reactions to take place within the soil and seed (root) itself.

This is one of the major reasons and keys as to eat foods to heal you because one bite of a fruit or vegetable is filled with all things in which we do not see and has an immediate effect on the body.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT ON LEVELS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE WITH THE NAKED EYE.

MUSCLE/ FOOD/ FASTING/ HEALTH

                                  Why do I promote muscle building? Since I was at the age of 9, My Dad was putting health Magazines in my hand everytime I went to visit him.  So there you have it folks, that's the end of the blog. HAHAHAHA.
                                  I promote muscle building because it's all I know.  It is what I grew up reading, talking, doing, thinking, dreaming and acting on, on a daily basis.  Along with that comes the food part, protein shakes and vitamins along with everyday home cooked meals.  And some outside of the house meals as well.  
                                 Fasting is new to me even though I've been practicing it since I was 17.  I say its new to me because I have no MASTERED it as of yet. Nor have I mastered MUSCLE BUILDING and nor have I mastered the FOOD as well.  I've acquired knowledge through reading, listening, trial and error.  But if I wanted to get cut up? I most certain can.  Can I put on stacks of muscle? I most certain can.  Do I know which foods to eat? I most certainly do.  The issue is..I have not mastered the FAST-in my perspective, Fasting to where it happens naturally or what do I do in the absence of eating.  I always get lost, over thinking, pick up my art supplies, I watch movies but then that gets boring, walking alone is boring, fasting alone is so damn boring, social media becomes a turn off, the fact that I have to constantly say...OH YEAH IM LETTING MY ORGANS REST...becomes so damn mind burdening.  
                               

                             SO HERE YOU HAVE IT FROM THE HORSES MOUTH...I had a medical test for a life insurance that does urine work and bloodwork.  So I said okay lets see if FASTING really works.  
2 weeks prior to the test.  I ate pizza everyday, stopped working out, i smoked, i drank, i ate lots of synthetic chocolate and right before the test...I did a 3 day DRY FAST(NO COFFEE NO WATER)
                             The person who needed to take my blood had to keep switching arms because my veins were not popping at all and my blood was very thick.  And she had to stay around longer because I had nothing in my system to urinate out.
EVENTUALLY THEY GOT BOTH OF WHAT THEY NEEDED.........

so test results...I passed the test with flying colors by saying no i don't smoke..no i don't drink..no I don't have any blood problems....
and when the person who signed me up came back to me...she told me they LOWERED my monthly payment for the life insurance because they've never seen blood so clean.  I sat back and smiled.

SO I GUESS IM IN GOOD HEALTH WITH A GREAT LIFE INSURANCE POLICY.

YOU WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE? EAT FOOD? FAST? INTO BETTER HEALTH?......

ALL TENDONS CREATED EQUAL


"This was the most PROFROUND picture I found Dealing with the Achilles Tendon.  I find dealing with people on a consistent basis of how tight their shoulders are or underdeveloped or constantly saying..."FIX YOUR POSTURE"....

I Vaughn Parker Solely believe that the Achilles Tendon is "one of the" Key and a Major Factor into restoring the bodies composition or enhancing ones physical abilities.  I'm not just speaking of athletes or people who work out.  I'm speaking for everyone.

  • if you drive on a daily basis and never get foot massages or stretch
  • if you walk every single day and never stretch or get foot massages
  • if you sit all day at a desk and never stretch or massage
  • if you're a lazy bum and never stretch or massage (lol)
  • if you stand all day and never stretch or massage
AND SO THE LIST GOES ON....

When areas of the body...the Tendons in which I'm focusing on, are inflamed and you are not aware of it, that is a major problem.  Think about it, most likely you are unaware of how long its been in that state/ or if its extremely tight/ lack of circulation/ partial tears, we get the point.  Stretching and massage enhances healing and circulation.  There is also a  'BUT' in the picture.  What if your intake and Body is lacking the nutrients, raw material to actually rebuild that part of the body.

All Tendons are created, so the body is a Supreme Machine and calculates very well.  For example, if the body has to supply the most important part of the BODY..guess where it's going...BINGO...That's right, The Brain, Heart, Lungs, and major Organs to keep your behind alive. hahahaha (I crack myself up) YES there are tendons surrounding organs to help keep it there.  So this is why Nutrition IS VERY IMPORTANT...give the body what it needs first and foremost, give it in abundance, and then allow the body to digest send the nutrients throughout the body.

So in this case, so that you can always stand and all, the body will constantly supply the most used area of the body and in this case, it will be the organs and also tendons in the legs UNTIL...you give it enough so that each tendon in the body gets what it NEEDS...Once that happens, the tendons will become stronger and more elastic and nutrition will be able to flow through the tendons more efficiently and the muscles can better relax and develop.  

When LEG muscles begin to get tight and overcompensate, it travels upwards causing everything else to become tight.  WATCH A STIFF PERSON WALK.
